Blackberry Cream Cheese Christmas Bread
PREP TIME: 30 MINS

This is one of my favorite recipes to throw together for Christmas get togethers. So simple, and ready in 30 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
2 cans of Crescent Rolls
1 block of Cream Cheese
6 oz Blackberry Jam
1 Tbps Milk
2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Egg yolk (beaten)
INSTRUCTIONS
Soften Cream Cheese.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Set aside..
Line a baking sheet with pargment paper.
Place crescent rolls facing outwards, with the short ends touching and overlapping, making a base for the filling.
Spread the mixture over the base of the overlapping triangles.
Gently spread the jam over the cream cheese mixture evenly.
Wrap the ends of the triangles over to the opposide side of the loaf, primarily covering the filling.
Brush with a beaten egg.
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Bake for 25 minutes, checking every 5 minutes after 12 minutes.
Mix together milk and remaining powdered sugar for icing.
Allow to cool completely, and drizzle on your icing!
