Easy Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake

In a large bowl, mix all cake base ingredients until homogenous..

Soften Cream Cheese in a medium sized bowl.

Cream the softened cream cheese and the sugar together.

Add the egg white and vanilla.

Grease your bundt pan with butter. (Real butter!).

Pour half of the cake base into the bundt pan as evenly as possible.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the half fill bundt pan.

Pour the remaining cake base into the bundt pan, covering the cream cheese mixture.

Preheat your oven to 350°F

Bake for 65 minutes, checking every 5 minutes after 45 minutes.

Allow to cool completely, and glaze!
